Lensmor

Lensmor · Other

Lensmor is an AI-powered event intelligence platform built for B2B trade shows. It tracks more than 160,000 global events and layers together exhibitor, attendee, and visitor data so sales and marketing teams can find the right companies and decision-makers weeks before a show opens. Instead of collecting badge scans on the floor, teams use Lensmor to research events, score accounts against their ideal customer profile, enrich verified contacts, and start pre-show outreach from one place. It's B2B trade show software built around signal, not attendance lists.

About Lensmor

What Is Lensmor

Lensmor is a signal-first event intelligence platform for B2B trade shows. It pulls together three data layers that most teams handle separately: exhibitors, social signal attendees, and visitors. Each layer answers a slightly different question, and together they show who is likely to be at an event and why they might be worth contacting.

The team behind the product kept hearing the same complaint from exhibitors and event teams. Companies were spending big on booths and travel, coming home with hundreds of badge scans, and still being unsure whether they had actually met the right people. Lensmor was built to fix that order of operations.

That's also where the main limit sits. Lensmor is a research and prospecting tool for B2B event teams, not a consumer app, and it works best for companies that already run an event-led or ABM motion. Contact coverage varies by person and region. Enriched emails and phone numbers come back only when the data exists.

Getting Started

  1. Create a free account at app.lensmor.com, no credit card required, and claim the 2,000 starter Credits.
  2. Complete your ideal customer profile during onboarding so Lensmor can score events, companies, and people against it.
  3. Search the global event directory by industry, location, and date, then open a show to review its exhibitor and attendee makeup.
  4. Build a reusable Target Group, or request email and phone details through contact enrichment, to shortlist the people you want to reach.
  5. Export results to HubSpot, Google Sheets, or your outreach tools, then start personalized pre-show outreach.

Key features

Event Intelligence

Search a global directory of more than 160,000 trade shows and narrow it with structured filters for industry, location, and date. Open any event to see exhibitor companies, their headquarters and size, plus the industries and seniority levels represented. It's fast, and it's structured. It turns a hard question, which events actually matter, into a shortlist you can defend.

Exhibitor and Attendee Data

Lensmor combines exhibitor records with social signal attendees and visitor intelligence to show who is around an event. Social signals surface people-level activity such as an executive posting about efficiency or asking publicly about an API integration. Visitor data then captures relevant people who never appear on an official exhibitor list. That's often where the best prospects hide.

ICP Matching

Once you describe your ideal customer profile, Lensmor recommends events, companies, and people against it. Exhibitors that fit carry High Fit labels with match scores, and attendee lists flag Top Match profiles. That scoring saves hours of manual filtering and keeps research on target.

Target Groups and Event Footprint

Company and Person Event Footprints let you take a single company or person and map every trade show they have exhibited at or participated in, past, current, and upcoming. Save those filter sets as reusable Target Groups so an ICP built for one campaign carries over to the next market without rebuilding it.

Contact Enrichment

Request an email or phone number directly from an attendee list, with the person and their company kept in view. Enrichment queries more than 20 contact data providers through one workflow, and email and phone searches run on their own progress tracks. You review each returned detail before using it. Coverage varies by contact.

AI Agent

The Lensmor AI Agent scans the full event catalog, scores exhibitors against your ICP, and finds relevant decision-makers on its own. No manual filtering. No first pass by hand. Agent activity draws on Credits based on model usage, so heavier research consumes more of your monthly allowance. It's aimed at teams that want the first pass of prospecting done before a human reviews the list.

Integrations and API

HubSpot is the native CRM integration, so shortlisted leads move straight into your pipeline. Exhibitors and contacts also export to Google Sheets, Salesforge, and Instantly. Webhooks plus n8n, Make, Zapier, or Pipedream route data to almost anything else. For deeper builds, the Lensmor API (current docs v0.27.0) exposes events, exhibitors, personnel, contacts, and recommendations. An API key does require a paid plan.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Combines exhibitor, attendee, and visitor data in one place instead of three separate tools.
  • Tracks a very large event catalog, covering 160,000+ trade shows worldwide.
  • ICP matching adds match scores and fit labels that make long attendee lists easier to triage.
  • Free to start with 2,000 Credits and no credit card, so you can test coverage before paying.
  • Native HubSpot integration plus webhooks and automation support keep research flowing into existing tools.
  • Advertises 95% email accuracy and lets you request email and phone on their own tracks.

Cons

  • Pricing is aimed at B2B revenue teams, so the $499/month Basic plan is steep for solo users or small experiments.
  • Full API access needs a paid subscription. You can't create an API key on the free tier.
  • Contact coverage varies by person and region, so some enrichment requests come back incomplete.
  • Visitor and attendee data quality depends on the event, so a few shows will have thinner people-level detail than others.

Frequently asked questions

Lensmor is used for pre-show prospecting at B2B trade shows. Teams search a global event catalog, research the exhibitors and attendees around each show, and build a meeting list before the event begins, rather than relying on whatever traffic reaches the booth.

One key covers it all.
