Lucent Chat is an agentic creative tool and AI marketing tool built for marketers and creative teams. You describe a campaign and what it needs to accomplish, and the agent picks the right image and video models, generates on-brand assets, and pushes finished ads to your ad accounts. It works as an AI ad generator, an ad creative tool and a general AI marketing tool in one place. It draws on 60+ generative AI models, so you don't have to bounce between separate AI image generators and AI video generators or hand-tune prompts for each one. One brief. One workspace.

About Lucent Chat

What Is Lucent Chat

Lucent Chat is where creative professionals hand off a campaign brief and get back production-ready ad assets. Instead of you choosing a model, writing a prompt, checking the output and repeating that loop twelve times, the agent plans the work and picks a model for each step. Founded in 2025 by Alex Koumpas and Dimi Panagiotopoulos and launched in November 2025, it was acquired by fal in 2026, with both founders moving in-house.

The core idea is that most of the value in AI ad production isn't generation quality anymore. It's judgment and orchestration: knowing what to make, in what style, and which model gets you there fastest. Lucent Chat bets on that layer. It's a bet that pays off. For teams that run campaigns constantly, that judgment is the scarce resource.

There's a real catch. Lucent is now part of fal, and its standalone product has wound down. Some pages on the old site return errors, and pricing isn't published anywhere public. Want to use it anyway? Then check the current state of the fal offering rather than signing up for Lucent directly.

Getting Started

  1. Head to the Lucent site and follow the link through to fal, since the standalone product is no longer sold on its own.
  2. Check what fal currently offers for creative teams, and confirm whether agentic ad generation is part of that lineup.
  3. If you land on a live workspace, set up a brand kit first: logos, color palette and tone, so every asset it makes stays on-brand without you restating it.
  4. Start a project, describe the campaign and its goal, and let the agent plan the work and choose models.
  5. Review the generated images and videos, iterate on concepts, then publish the approved ads straight to your ad accounts.

Key features

One Agent, 60+ Models

Lucent Chat pulls in more than 60 generative AI models and decides which one fits each step. You're not stuck comparing a single AI image generator against a separate AI video generator and guessing which prompt works. The agent plans the sequence, so a campaign that needs both stills and motion gets both from one brief. That orchestration is the whole point of the product.

Brand Kit

The agent learns your brand once: logos, palette and tone. Every asset it produces inherits those settings, so you don't restate "use our blue and keep the logo in the corner" for asset number forty-seven. Set it once. Forget it. For teams producing ad creative at volume, that quiet consistency keeps output from looking like it came from five different people.

Projects

References, decisions and past chats stay attached to a project. Pick the work back up a week later and you're not reconstructing context. No starting over. If you've ever lost track of which prompt produced which image, this is the fix.

Direct Publishing

Finished ads go straight to your ad accounts instead of landing in a folder of exports you then upload by hand. It closes the loop between generation and a live campaign. That's the difference between a creative tool and, well, the rest of your workflow. It saves real time.

Agents for Common Campaigns

Lucent ships preset AI-powered workflows for the jobs marketers actually repeat: instant variations, smart localization, smart resizing, color variations and CTA options. You pick a workflow and drop in the campaign. Then you launch. No prompt engineering required. It's aimed at people who aren't prompt engineers and don't want to become one.

Iteration at Speed

Creative teams can push a concept through several rounds quickly, testing different visuals and messages before committing. The speed matters. When a launch window is closing, it matters a lot.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Handles model selection for you, so you skip the trial-and-error of matching prompts to the right AI model.
  • Brand kit keeps every generated asset visually consistent without repeated setup.
  • Publishes directly to ad accounts, cutting out the export-and-upload step.
  • Purpose-built for advertising, where strict brand rules and high volume are the norm.

Cons

  • The standalone product has wound down after the fal acquisition, so availability and support now depend on what fal offers.
  • No public pricing, which makes budgeting impossible before you talk to someone.
  • Aimed at marketing and ad work, so creators wanting a general-purpose AI art tool will find it narrow.

Frequently asked questions

It's an AI creative platform for producing ad images and videos. You describe a campaign, and the agent generates on-brand assets and publishes them to your ad accounts. That's the short version.
